Can someone please tell me where I can get a NASCAR Racing template for the new Pontiac Grand Prix. Also there was talk of
creating a news group where people can post the cars they have created with the Paintkit.

Well the group is created under the name
alt.binaries.simulators.autos. Perhaps you can try that group

I can still get it here, but there's very little traffic. Maybe your ISP

If it has disappeared on your system, then your sysadmin must have removed
it, or honoured an rmgroup message that someone else issued. Check with
your sysadmin about this.
If you don't receive alt.binaries.simulators.autos at your site,
you might be able to access it through gopher servers or the
altavista service.
