Why dosn't the rev light flash when you overrev. Manual says it does,
but it dosn't work in game. Also in the paintkit why can't I paint the top
back of the car.
No matter what color I choose it always appears white in the game.

The rev light not flashing is a bug that will be fixed in a future patch.
The paintkit problem is also a bug; you can get the patch for this from
ftp://ftp.std.com/vendors/papyrus/patchpkt.com.
