I am proud to present the first complete ICR2 car set available to the general public, with what I sincerely feel are the most graphically realistic cars anywhere and NO fake drivers left from the default set. This set is not fully finished by any means, but I trust this will satiate those of you who have been begging for a good 1995 set with Villeneuve, Andretti, Tracy, Fabi, etc. This set accurately depicts the pre*** cars in the 1995 PPG IndyCar World Series. All logos and graphics have been reproduced as faithfully as possible, except for the default licensed cars (see below). References include the Indianapolis Star and News, Autocourse Indy Car 1995-96, AutoWeek, and various photo sources on the World Wide Web. The zip file is being posted to alt.binaries.simulators.autos and is also now available on the Web exclusively at http://wilma.che.utexas/~unions/indycar2.html (please take a look elsewhere on the website while you're there). All new pcx files replacing the fake cars from the default CARS95 set are essentially original creations (see the readme text for specific credits where applicable). Many major beer and tobacco logos have been added to the default licensed cars. These fif*** cars will all be fully revised prior to the final release; the remaining seven*** should not change significantly. Have fun and enjoy! Earl

Would be cool if you updated that URL so people can actually see what you are so proud of. It isn't the first carset, as I already have two others on my ftp site. I'd like to see yours, too, so that I can make a choice in which two to get rid off. Peter Race Director of the IICC series, ftp://didnt.doit.wisc.edu http://didnt.doit.wisc.edu

I was able to get his car set and it seemed to be very well done. Gerald
