Are you sure you got the .mov file correctly. Check the file
size, it should be around 4.4 MB. If it is less, it is propably
due to a connection timeout error. The viewer would simply
report "Could not open file...etc.".
(Happened to me the first time I downloaded it...)
There is nothing wrong with your viewer.

OK, I downloaded the movie, got the quicktime viewer from apple (version
2.0.3.51) and it will not open the movie. Doh! Doh! Doh!
Anyone had sone success??
