Has Papyrus dropped the idea ........or just what is the deal. Anyone herard????? <<< Hawaii is still under development. I think we ran into more playability issues than expected and it has taken us longer than expected to work them out (having 32 human drivers in a race isn't even close to the same experience as having 2 human drivers and 30 AI cars). I don't believe we have a publically announced date for its release, but I know they're still working on it... Rick Genter Technical Lead, IndyCar Racing II Papyrus Design Group, Inc.
If all you did was write the network code so the game is "unsynched" like Descent, this alone would almost certainly make it playable over Kali. With almost 2000 registered Kali owners and 50 people on a server at any given time of the day, making the game kali-able would increase your customer base. How about it? I WANT INTERNET-PLAYABLE GAMES!!! rms

Yes. No. a Great Deal Heard and seen. Be patient. You'll be glad you did. And yes, this is all I'll say on the subject.
