In my opinion you'd certainly be getting much better results using a
wheel/pedal combo!
"The Flyin' Finn"
I used to drive that way and managed a 180mph+ lap.
I'm just starting in Nascar, using an IBM setup and keyboard.
What should I do to get my pit crew to go to work and fill my tank and
change my tires. It doesn't say in the manual.
Also, do you advise downloading car setups from the net (I
noticed something call Winston Cup setups)...?

Make sure you are completely stopped in your pit. Hit the Brakes.
(BTW, I reeeallly reccommend a stick, such as Flightstick PRO).
The Winston Cup carset looks great, and includes Earnhart & Rudd to
name 2. Go to http://www.alinc.com/~iwcc/iwcccars.html.
Good Luck
