I have a 486 DX2 66 with 16MB RAM, 4X CD-Rom, and a Diamond Stealth video card with 2MB DRAM. I was able to run the game on Super VGA. It ran at about 4 frames per second with all detail on high. I installed the full game over 110MB. I turned off the sound and videos in the spec. I run the game on SVGA with detail on lowest in order to play well.
