Hi, my name is Chad and I have had Nascar for about a week. The game is great and it has extremely good graphics but I have not figured out how to pit. It doesn't do me any good because I always need to repair my car but I don't know how to pit. Maybe it has something to do with my driver setup. I am driving the white Nascar sponsored car. If anyone has any information on how I can pit and what I am doing wrong then please e-mail greatly appreciate any help. Thanks again. Sincerely, Chad

All you have to do is stop in the left lane a few feet before the little pit sign. Try holding down control for a second or two, to make sure you're not moving. They won't start until you come to a complete stop. -- Leo Singleton http://www.mindspring.com/~leo/leo.htm ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leo and Shannon's Car Page Download Cars for NASCAR Racing by Papyrus http://www.mindspring.com/~leo/nasrace.htm -------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thats a question that everyone has asked since NASCAR doesn't explain it in the manual. You have to press the BRAKE key to stop. I'll take a guess that you're stopping with the reverse key. Just stopping in the pits with the REVERSE key makes you look like a complete idiot to the other drivers. Your crew will only start working when you press the BRAKE key. On my computer, the BRAKE key is the ALT key. Find out what yours is in the OPTIONS menu in NASCAR.
