ICR wet race - too slow?

1 post by 1 person · 24 Sep 1995 - 24 Sep 1995

I've just started racing in ICR with all options set to realistic, 100% opposion strength etc. (been practising with constant weather, no damage etc) and my first championship race was wet at Australia. My experience on this track in dry conditions for qualifying, I have been just ahead of the competition, and during the race keeping a few seconds ahead (just!). However come the wet race and I'm 4.5s faster! And during the race I was pulling out 3.5s more every lap. Is there a problem with the wet race implementation? The opposition are just *not* competitive enough. Anyone else have this sort of experience? Also anybody know if this going to be fixed in ICR2?
