AT LAST! I've been trying for *weeks* to get through to the ***
Tech Support number, although the last couple have seen me being too
busy at work to try. Anyway, I try this morning thinking I'd get that
blasted engaged tone again, only to find that they've changed their
number. Dialed the new number, got through instantly, asked the boy
about a replacement manual, and he gave me the address to send my old
manual to, suggesting I include a note requesting the proper manual.
Bright and breezy, very helpful indeed. FINALLY!
Anyway, for anyone else in the UK:
Customer Support: (0171) 368 2266
Address: 2 Kensington Square, London, W8 5RB.
Sorted!
Stuart.
