Has this happened to anyone else? I was racing Atlanta and came
up on Jeff Gordon in turn two. Jeff had a taken a highir line
thru the turn and I thought I could dive in lower for the pass.
Well my tires were getting worn and I drifted up up into his rear
quarter and got him sideways. Sorry Jeff! He recovered without
crashing and a few laps later caught back up with me. Well we
were on the back stretch and my line was on the infield side of
the track and he was on the wall. He came clear across the track
and hit me in the side and spun me out!
Did Papyrus program in revenge on their AI cars? I watched the
replay and there was no reason for Gordon to come down the track.
He came down, spun me out, went back up and continued on. No other
cars were near.
Were's Nascar when you need them? I demand Gordon get back flagged.
Just wait til we meet up again Mr. Gordon! : )

I thought maybe it was my imagination. While running the first race in the
NASSCAR series last night, I bumped the back of Bobby Hamilton (#43) going
through turns 1 & 2. Didn't hit him hard enough (no damage to my car) to
spin him but just got him outta shape. A couple of laps later, I made a clean
pass under him going into 1 and he sorta tried a 'Dale Earnhardt' like move
but got me on the left rear corner and spun me into the wall. This isn't the
only time I've seen super aggresive behaviour and/or retaliation. I think I'll
start trying a few controlled tests during practice sessions. 8>)

This is a regular occurence for me at Talledaga!
Once after the race on the warm down lap as I entered the pit lane my team mate
came at me full tilt into my back end writing off both cars and causing me to
blast down the pits backward taking out a further 4 cars!
I also had car 00 in front of me heading for the pits and as I came up to lap
it. As I drew level it just sliced me at bang on 90 degrees.
I wondered if it was because I have all the agression levels up to 999?

It's strange you mention this. Ricky Craven did that to me. It wasn't
revenge, but I had clear control on the outside lane on the backstrech at
Atlanta, and was lapping cars. I was running along the wall when Craven came
across and hit me door to door. I hit the wall but scrapped off. Craven
ended up spining down the backstrech taking out a few cars. I wonder if this
was just a fluke, or it the lesser experienced drivers do that.
