hmmm. did you get involved in an accident that blew your tire? Even if
you say no repair in the pits, your it crew still takes longer than usual
to replace the tire because there is sheet metal in the way.

If you have no damage, a four tire change and full fuel will take around
18 to 20 sec. with v 1.2.
