There is a simulator in the works that has the working name "Unfair Advantage". Work began in 1993,
should be in beta this summer/fall.

Note: Designable,Definable,Customizable...
Designable - most flexibility (ie. design and implement something entirely new within the bounds
of the model)
Definable - assign one of a set of fixed choices to another of a set of fixed choices
Customizable - alter settings for any of a fixed set of parameters.
