currently has opening for technical support representatives. In this
job will offer technical assistance in the installation, setup and
gameplay to end users via phone, fax, and modem. You must have an
excellent knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals, and excellent
communication and troubleshooting skills. An attenion to detail is
also a requirement for these jobs.
