Last week Dave G posted an FTP site that has the update for F1GP--funet.fi.
I tried this place yesterday... the first thing I saw was "THIS IS NOT
FUNET.FI" What is this all about? I could not find anything that resembled
what Dave posted last week. Has anyone else experienced this? Where else
can this program be found?

You need the complete name, FTP.funet.fi. It used to be nic.funet.fi,
but that site is now for something else, so they upset if you
don't use exactly the right hostname, hence the message.
MicroProse now have an FTP site of their own. Try
ftp.microprose.com
in /pub/mps-online/new-versions/
where there's f1gpe.zip, f1gpit.zip, and f1gpus.zip, the 1.05
updates for the European, Italian, and US (World Circuit) versions.
