Fixed Track Files for ICR?

A while ago, I remember someone (Ralf?) mentioning that they were updating all the track files for ICR (the text files found in each track directory) so that when you chose 100% opponent strenght the computer opponents were about the same on ALL tracks. As it is, they vary from almost impossible to beat to way too easy on 100% at different tracks. I looked through the didnt.doit FTP site and found no file that could be this "patch". Whoever it was that was taking on this (probably difficult) task, are you still in the process of doing it? Are you finished? Where can we find the files? ... Check again! :-) The file you want is in ICR/IICC/Patches directory and is called IICCTRAK.ZIP. It contains all the updated <track>.txt files as well as backups of the original files.
