I have uploaded WCLAUNCH v4.1 to didnt.doit.wisc.edu in the directory
/PublicFiles/Racing/F1GP/Editors. The name of the file is WCFGED41.ZIP.
This version update only fixes a bug that displayed 'Error# = 64' if the
user has the language set to other than English.
If you already have WCLAUNCH v4.0 and use English then there is no need
for you to download this newer version.
