I got the demo for NASCAR off an FTP site and installed it on my computer. However, it takes many moons to load and floating between menus is painfully slow. I have a 486 DX 50 with 8Mb. ATI Mach32 and SBPro. Did others have this problem with the demo? Are any of you running the actual game on a similar system without the problems? I read that the game has its own memory manager and it advises not to use the EMM386 or others. I disabled it and it still performed slow.
