Is it really NASCAR without Dale?

Picked up the game today and overall it is great. Looking at the graphics in SVGA mode makes me have to get a Pentium 90. However, scanning through the drivers. No Dale Earnhardt? How could that be. The 7 time champion not in the game? Almost kills it for me. Hope someone comes up with a new set of cars quick. just curious as to why I hadn't seen anyone else post on this. Jay

I think that was the CGW arcticle that said watch out for the #3. Papyrus B.B.S. said it was a matter of lincensing, and you'd have to ask Dale and his agent. But it sounded like they did try to get him, but for what ever reason couldn't. I mean if I built a game like this I'd wanted # 3. Though not a personal favorite, he one heck of a race car driver.
