Help. I just played ICR on a friends machine with the same sound card, etc. and the sounds were totally different. I heard sounds when I would brush the wall but I don't hear that on my machine. Anyone have any suggestions? We're running a Pro Audio Spectrum Studio sound card in DX2-66 VLB machines.

Your soundcard's DMA interupt is most likely wrong (5 or 7 in the sound setup in ICR). If neither one works, go into your machine's bios and chage the parallel port to another value - if it's at 5 make it 7, and put your card on 5, or make it 5 if it's 7 and put your card on 7. Peter
