I heard reference (I think it was Burke) to someone mentioning other
paint programs to do .PCX files. I have Windows Paintbrush, but trying
to paint with no zoom on a small square about 1.5 inches square is
impossible. Anyone know of a good public-domain FTPable paint program
for .PCX format? If so, then I will modify the rather stupid .PCX icon
and numeral libraries in ICR and post them here.
