maybe you could ask me in priate (like email?) I mailed the file that
you can't get to about 10 people in the UK already.
Maybe you shuld just move your ***to a computer outside teh UK, since
hundreds of users have downloaded the file successfully. They have one
thing in common: they don't go thru the router that the UK users go
thru.
