Hello all, I know this is a long message but it is worth reading, this is
an anouncement for another series
What follows are the rules that have been established
for a simulation series that will be run using the World Circut by
Microprose. The series is being run from the AmericaOn Line
(AOL) service. Through their capability to receive mail from the
internet the series director has made some rule revisions to allow
anyone with access to this news group who can send
EMAIL t participate. I results will be posted by EMAIL.
Another option to participate is to sign up for AOL. The intial
sign up can be done at no cost for a 1 month trial period which
includes the AOL software (Windows, MAC or DOS versions available)
and file hours of connect time to explore the system. If you like
it you can keep it for $9.95/month. This includes 5 hours connect time
additional hours cost $3.50. AOL supports connections up to 9600 Baud
at NO extra cost and unlike other services the bulletin boards don't
cost extra. If you are interested send me an EMAIL with your NAME,
Mailing ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER (with area code), and version desired
(Windows, DOS or MAC). I am not sure ifthere is access overseas but if I get
a note I'll ask. If you can'trespond to this message by mail, my AOL address is
One other item the directors of this series have been running series
on Prodigy and AOL for the past few years. They are reliable and
extremely responsive to competitors comments. They also remember
to post the results. One the series starts if will be finished.

These are ALL very important points. AND... Very good to hear.
I'm tired of worring about the World Circuit Internet Series. I haven't
bothered to formaly to send in my resignation, as I feel it fell apart
anyway. Too bad... I actually had fun in the one race I participated in.
Even though I have no idea what the results were/are. Maybe the ICR
series will be more like it.

Can you post this again? I missed half of the 15 rules (no linefeeds, so
each line ends in the middle of the important stuff). Otherwise email it
to me and I can repost it from a system that won't chew up the message.
