I'm not seeking an IndyCar Racing FAQ, but would like to see one created. Here's what I think the first two questions should be: Q: Why can't I get the modem support to work? Q: Can I run IndyCar in 4MB RAM? I have not been able to get the modem support to work, but apparently some people have. As for the 4MB issue, I have no imput, I have 8MB at home, but have seen lots of posts from people having trouble with 4MB. Well here is a start to your answers. The game can be run with 4MB of RAM with no problems if you get the 1.02 Patch file. I can run every track with no problems :-). What the patch does is for machines with out enough memory it will not load the track, grass and dirt's texture into memory. As far as the modem goes I haven't heard of anyone having it fully work with out crashing. later, Andrew

I have a Packard Bell 486 w/ 4 megs and I have no problems what so ever running ICR. I run it at full detail and usually with 16 cars. Don't know about anymore than that as I've never tried to race more than 16 cars as I still can't race more than a couple of laps without hitting another racer. Also, what are the best handling chassis? Are they about the same and what about motors? And, are the default car setups good, (the ones where you choose Ace,Expert,Novice or something like that.) or do you all set up your own cars. Thanks, Travis NikeMan "The only man to win a District 11 race
