I just read a news ditty and it claims AMA has these tracks in the game.
Does the retail shelf version thats out (I assume its out) have these
tracks in it or are they going to be added in later with their 'updater'
thingie?

Retail has all those tracks and more such as BIR, Willow Springs, etc.
