Hey guys.... Somehow I lost a file I need to modify/enhance the Viper engine sounds.....and fix the spotter files (yes....I know there's a spotter in the Race.bin.....duh, I beta tested the thing....but the spotter voice is too low...and unclear.....I fixed it for the 1.1 patch...but Sierra didn't include it....mistake?). I checked around to as many Viper websites as I could find still operating......not many anymore...which is too bad. Nada. I'm looking for a file called MKSFX.exe. It was given out by Dave Broske of MGI...and was posted on several Viper sites......I know how to use the file......I just need to get my hands on one and I'm trying not to bug Dave for it. So, if you ex-Viper guys (or current ones too) have a copy of this in your VR archives somewhere....could you send it to me via email (it's not a terribly big file). I can't work on trying to enhance the Viper engine sound until I get this utility. Thanks in advance for you help. TP -- Tom Pabst [email hidden]

There is a spotter in Viper Racing? How do you get them activated? go into \SIERRA\Viper Racing\Config\options.cfg and play around with the settings in there. You can set it up so that you can have a quickview behind and to the sides as well. I haven't tested the sides but, I know the look_back works Also there is an option for a spotter in there and you can up the number of AI cars as well. -- the friendly pysco -I know it's spelled wrong but I'm not a psycho ;-) -Early bird gets the worm, second mouse gets the cheese Thad Failor <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:FRLO3.145$[email hidden]... > There is a spotter in Viper Racing?
