With both programs you can compare replays.
GPLDump is more telemetry oriented, while SpyGirl
is an util where you can blend a lap of 2 drivers in one replay,
even from different replays.
You can compare laps this way.

GPLDump is a program that lets you compare 2 different replay files in a
graphical format
Spygirl lets you merge two replay files into one.
Can't seem to find the links to them right now but search this list and you
should find them.
