Is there anything other than NrHQ that allows changing the starting
lineup for NASCAR 3....?
HQ is sweet, but if there's something specific like QualOrder that
supports N3, somebody point me in the direction....
or, what would it take to open the RACESAVE.BIW file and do it the
hard way - I loaded one in a hex editor, but it didn't have anything
that could be played with except the entry list...
~maybe a better hex editor...? I'm comfortable poking around in the
file, but I don't have anything to open it....
