Just FYI to anyone who may be struggling with this issue. I tried to set up Roger Wilco with someone to use while we race online. I was able to hear them but they could not hear me. At the Window98 desktop we heard/spoke to each other with no problem. Inside Nascar3 was where the problem existed. After configuring Roger Wilco about 20 different ways including using each other as the "host" and even a "public host" it still would not work. Finally, I started poking around in N3's sound menu's and discovered that the other person's sound setting was "normal" and not "high" quality. Mine was set to "high". I had him switch it over to the high setting and it works perfectly now. So, if this is a problem for anyone, try this fix to possibly help you out. Andrew San Diego
