Nascar3, Logitech Wheel and Windows 2000

I'm using using Win2000 on a dual boot setup with Win98 on another partition. I have a LWFF connected USB with a V3 2000 graphics card. I have Nascar3 on the Win98 partition and a shortcut to it in W2K. The sim works in Win98 but when using N3 in W2K the controls are not assigned. When I bring up the calibrate screen and move the wheel the settings go off the scale such as -16 and then freeze the X axis. The pedals work fine (Y Axis). Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks, Dennis
