I just purchased SBK2000 this weekend. My system is a P3 500, 256megs of
memory, with a TNT as the primary display card, and a voodoo2 in one of my PCI
slots. When I installed and tried to run the game in d3d, it would crash to
the desktop, when I would go to start a race. So, I installed the new 508
drivers for my TNT. I can now get the game to run, but it seems to stutter
every few seconds. Anyone else have this problem?? BTW, It runs just fine on
my Voodoo2 card.
I had the same problem but the 508 drivers wouldn't work for me. I installed the reference drivers from nvidia and everything works fine. I am running a o/c 300a to 460 and it runs smooth. Also using the same card as you. ( TNT 16 meg )
