Best wheel?

I am thinking to myself it is time for a new wheel. What is the best wheel for around £100 ($160)? It definitely has to be force feedback and not USB, also I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for a gear selector (stick or paddle) and, god forbid, a clutch pedal. I've been playing Viper Racing and without a clutch, it's impossible to start. It's also impossible to get a feel for the car with a Dexxa wheel (note to potential purchasers of such a wheel: it's a 2-axis joystick so no left foot braking!)
