The default speedo reading IS in KPH in NFSPU -- and contrary to some reports, you CAN change change this from KPH to MPH. It's buried in the options menus, I think, under "displays." -- JB In article <[email hidden]>, [email hidden] wrote:

Is the speedometer in NFS:PU in miles per hour, or kilometers per hour? When I'm going '120' in the older cars, it sure feels like a leisurely drive down the interstate. Could someone clarify this? Also, I think if the top is down, the engine sound should be louder. From my experience, it isn't. Fun game, though. Tony Sante www.pcbaseball.com

Could someone clarify this? Its kph, the 356 porsche for exemple has 90hp. Also porsche is a German company, and lots of countries in the game are European, even if there is NO such wide track in Europe especialy in "Cote d'Azur" where sometimes you can't event drive two cars side to side :o) Seb

Actually, There is an option to set it to MPH or KPH. I think it defaults to KPH, so that's what it will be if you haven't changed it. Ross Paton "Tony Sante" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

With "buried" being a relative term, meaning, "It's in there somewhere, but I can't remember where . . ." ;-) -- JB In article <[email hidden]>, "L_NiN0" <[email hidden]> wrote: > if buried means right on the page with all your HUD settings... > > <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:8bvp64$t56$[email hidden]... > > The default speedo reading IS in KPH in NFSPU -- and contrary tosome > > reports, you CAN change change this from KPH to MPH. This is an option you can change under the settings. Cheers, Mike. "Tony Sante" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...
