Vroc web site problems..

I cannot get to the site www.vroc.net . earlier this week, did the big F on the hardrive and ever since, I have been unable to gain access. I did have a few problems with WinVroc until a kind soul helped me out... I am running IE5 (i tried netscape same result) and get the error mesage "the page cannot be displayed etc.." I have checked with my ISp and they have the same result, but interesting enough, a friend in another part of the country using same ISP can get it.. Any one have some constructive ideas that I might try. BTW, this is the only site to date that is giving me the problem. cheers
