Im getting into GPL and there seem to be many sites with downloads but is there one main site that has all the very best setups, editors etc for GPL please? Hope you can helps.

I can't get it down to just one site but how about 5? Alison Hines has done more for the GPLer than just about anyone, her site is a "must see" for a serious racer: http://simracing.com/alison/gpl/ The Pits, home of the famed Dave Noonan Track Converter, allowing you to use many of the tracks from ICR2/CART Racing, NASCAR 2, 1999 and N3 with GPL, as well as many other utilities and graphic options for the program.
