version 5.08 are untested leaked drivers and are known to be very unstable. Not really recommended with GPL. You'll get better results with 3.68 or 3.77 ...Colin Dennis <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:[email hidden]...

Hi, I have this problem with GPL where I select 1024x768 for the OpenGL settings. This gives me a little screen in the lefthand corner of the screen. It seems that this is the normal 640x480 screen, only displayed on a 1024x768 resolution (rest of the screen is black). I'm using the 5.08 NVidia reference drivers, could that be the problem? (I thought 5.12 is out, but couldn't find them yesterday). Dennis.

The 3.77 were better, but never stable. The 5.08 are stable, but give me this prblem, grrr. Thanks anyway, Dennis.
