Snetterton problem

Hey all, I've got a league race at Snetterton coming up next Sunday, so yesterday I started practicing. I installed the update, and while driving I noticed that the sky flickers at some places, especially after the hairpin. This is quite distracting, something I don't prefer on a difficult track like Snetterton. Anyone have a fix for this? And the unbelievable sticky grass, is this normal or will this be patched? Andre

Never seen that problem before... > And the unbelievable sticky grass, is this normal or will this be > patched? It's banking - like the stuff at Spa. You might (if you've got your contrast turned up!) notice a difference between the banking texture & grass texture. But why are you driving on the banking ??!? ;-) Phil

Sticky grass? If I so much as touch the grass I'm shooting over the embankments and sliding across half the English countryside.

Maybe it's only flickering with a specific card or driver... I have a Voodoo II SLI and the latest drivers from 3dfx.com installed. The sky flickers rapidly between a normal sky picture and a complete white sky. STICKY grass, Andre? You sure?
