Anybody know where I can dl an Indycar II Y2K carset? And while I'm at
it, how about the new Long Beach layout? Is there on available yet?

I doubt there will be a new LB track put out, unless BB&T or The Pits do it.
There would have to be a LOT of changing of the current files to pull it
off, based on what I saw of the layout on TV.
