I little while ago I posted my disappointment as Logitech's policy of not
stocking parts and unwillingness to send me a pot for their wheel. A slot
car racing buddy of mine (Steve Hoxsie) needed pots for the pedals of his CH
EXL 500 wheel. I built the computer for him about a year ago. He emailed CH
tech support and they said they'd send him a couple. A few days later he
still hadn't received them. Just as he was about to email them again today,
the mail came in. What was in it? A new set of pedals. That's the way it
should be.
