Upgrading from a Voodoo 2 to a Voodoo 3 ( For Gpl )

Hi, Now that the prices of Voodoo3's have started to come down I was thinking of putting one in to replace my current system of a Rendition V2200 (4mb) as my primary and my 3d card of my Magic Voodoo2 (12mb). The only problem is that on my system I am not sure if I will get much of a difference in frame rates. Especially in Grand Prix Legends, which is the main reason why I am upgrading. Below is my system configuration. Super Micro P6SBA Mainboard Pentium II 300 64Mb Ram Rendition V2200 AGP (4Mb) Magic Voodoo2 (12Mb) C-Media 8738 Sound Card Please if you have any advise or anything you would like to contribute please do so.
