Yes . Had it didn't like it. Then I read Allison Hine's post about her favorable review of the game. Gave it a second chance. For hotlapping it really is a lot of fun. The AI has definate problems during race and qualifying but for hotlapping fun factor is only second to GPL. On Mon, 24 Apr 2000 11:54:57 GMT, "kcgenn" <[email hidden]> wrote:

Yes. It's much better than MGPRS2 in my opinion.

Being a big F1 fan and already having MGPRS 2, is it worth getting? Yes, but I hope your system is toward the high-end. Some people are unsatisfied with the framerates. Runs ok on my P2-400 with a V3 3000, however.

Being a big F1 fan and already having MGPRS 2, is it worth getting? This morning I installed F1Rs to compare with F1 2000. After 15 minutes I removed it, F1 2000 is much better. Ben

Being a big F1 fan and already having MGPRS 2, is it worth getting? Depends. If hotlapping is what you're looking for then this might be something. If you want full featured races stay with MGPRS, it's a much more serious attempt to 'simulate' F1. Also keep in mind the hardware reqs and thus resulting quality image/ and speedwise... --Tel
