Hi..I am running a P2 350 96mb RAM with a V3 card. A while back I switched
to the V3 when I was putting in a new modem. My fps in GPL are more like a
steady 35 than a solid 36 (online). I am better off with a V2? I could put
my old one back in. I can run my res at 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600 it does not
matter. Still hangs at 35fps. I am getting a little frustrated. I should be
at a solid 36.
I know with the V2 I will have to run at 800 x 600 but I can deal with that
as long as my frames are there.

Check your Monitor refresh rate. I bet it's 70 Hz. Put it on 75, and
presto, 36fps...

I have used both a single V2 (Creative 12 mb), V2 SLI and V3 3000.
The V3 gave me most consistant, high framerates. I had more "hiccups" with
the V2s.
