Has anyone gotten the LWFF to work in win2k? Win2k recognizes it but the
games won't! I unplugged all my other USB joysticks so that the LWFF was the
only one. When I run GPL it will calibrate as axis 1 and axis 2 (it
calibrates as axis 4 and axis 5 with the other jsticks plugged in). I then
go to assign the controls and the gas/brake ones assign fine but it won't
let me assign the steering. I select it and move the wheel but it won't set
it. I tried nascar 3 and the same thing happens. I can assign axis 2 to
gas/brake but it won't see axis 1 even though it calibrates it! Screwy! I
upgraded from win98, could this explain the strange behavior? Should I just
start with a fresh install of win2k?

It works w/o the FF fine. Until Logitech gets off thier butts and deliver
the proper
FF support were SOL. These copanies act as if Win2000 and the NT kernel is
gonna go away ! All MS OS's will be based on the NT kernal soon so these
companies need to wake up and get with the program .
