You might be missing the following parameter:
nologin 1
Have you tried using DeMONS to setup your races? It's much easier to use
than making sure you have all 36 possible parameters correctly specified
on the commandline.

Hi im trying to run a Nascar 3 Lan dedicated server and when I try the
Server.bat file that came with the 1.2 patch update it keeps asking me
for the CD unless I disable the Internet M/P option. I have disabled
this option and it still keeps asking me for the damm CD ???.
So I put the CD in the drive and try again and it still asks me for
the CD, I have done a clean install of the game and patched it
but cant get around this promblem, anyone have any ideas as I want
to run a LAN dedicated server, as at the moment im haveing to host and
race from my machine.
