Yeah, I agree, the sun has to go...it looks like a huge egg yolk floating in the sky. The horizon looks great though. I'm using Tillman's horizons with Alison's 3D kits, together they nearly rival the graphics quality of the original tracks. -- don [|]-(_)-[|] Arto Wikla <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:wikla.958672739@kanasaari... > >>Turn 1 Grand Prix Legends, tries to improve those blured horizons of the = > >>converted tracks. Turn 1 Grand Prix Legends, tries to improve those blured horizons of the converted tracks. Cleveland was first up, but missed putting up 3do file so redownload plz. Next was Detroit with addtional textures. Now its Long Beach, with "3" different distance 3do files to choose from, and all the track signage replaced. The sky texture is very different also. Try it, feedback appreciated. Look in the Graphics section at the bottom of the page for links. Bill Tillman Turn 1 Grand Prix Legends http://gpl.ga-sports.com/legends.html

Yesterday I downloaded the Cleveland and Detroit skies. Superb job, those fuzzy skies really hurt my eyes after a couple of laps, I thought I started to look double. Can't wait to get home to try the Long Beach update. Bill, the amount of time you put in all your covers, screens, and all the other stuff you make must be incredible, appreciate it very much! Long Beach is very well made! Thanks! My only question is: Why does the sun have shape of oval? At least here in Europe it seems to be very round! ;-) Arto

Did you put in the XXX theatres that would have been downtown circa '67? :-) Bill Tillman <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:UGLU4.733$[email hidden]... Same here. Love the work going into the horizons (thank you!), but the sun is a little...erm... distracting. BTW, when I got the Long Beach files, there were Glen files as well, so I downloaded them too, but GPL won't load the track with them in place. Any ideas?...or is there a problem? J. P.
