Can you tell us more details, like resolution, framerate and PC specs? I (and I`m sure many more people) would greatly appreciate it. DF

Well like a lot of people I'm undecided on whether to get a Voodoo5 or a Geoforce 2. Basically I only play 2 games - GPL and Unreal tournament - both optimised for Glide. Right now I have a TNT2 and it get's the job done - just barely. I know GPL will run better in glide but I'm wondering how well it will run with the Geoforce (1 or 2). Can you run with all options and correct mirrors or do you still have to tweak? Right now my mirrors only update once every 3 frames. I'm running a P3 600 with 2x AGP. Thanks in Advance, Jcharm

I have a GeForce DDR (Elsa Erazor X2), Athlon 600, 256MB and play GPL in 1024x768, detail-slider 30%, mirrors every 2nd frame, some eye-candy disabled and I get a steady 36fps (dropping to approx. 30 fps at a start in monaco at the back of the grid with 19 AI cars). If you just want ONE card and you don't play GPL only: go for a GeForce DDR. Lio

I've got a PIII 450 running at 600 (133x4.5) and a GeForce DDR overclocked to 140/350 an I run GPL at 1280x1024 with full detail and mirrors updated every 3 frames and it runs at 36 fps except right at the start where it drops to about 15 fps for a short while. It looks great and I'd even run it at 1600x1200 but my monitor drops to only 75Hz. My old Voodoo 2 SLIs gave a constant 36 FPS even at the start but GeForce looks so much better. Some Call Me Tim

For me: P3-866 / 128MB PC800 RAM / 64MB Dell GeForce DDR - In GPL everything on, detail slider at 50%, MirrorsEvery = 2, resolution 1280x1024. Frame Rate 36-38 most of the time. I realize the max is supposed to be 36.
