N2003- 6800 ultra?

Hi all...decided to try a 6800 ultra agp. I noticed in N2K there is a very slight stutter to the game. Fps are high and game looks nice. Anyone else experience this small annoyance with an ultra or gt card? Ran pretty smooth with an ati 9800xt. I disabled fast writes via riva tuner and it seemed to help a bit. Any suggestions would be welcome. btw..other games (hl2, D3 seems good so I am thinking it is a game issue?) tia.. DC

I just did a clean install of XP and using the 67.03 Forceware beta drivers my 6800GT doesnt have any problems in 03 similar to what you describe. OpenGL btw. Mitch -- Remove "nospam." to reply. SuSE 9.2 Pro KDE3.3.2a. YaSTastic!

yes it is off...just loaded the new 71.40 beta drivers. Giving them a test run. Seems good so far. DC
