Is there a way to better my latency/online speed? I'm runnin' a P200 with
a Voodoo3 2000 and I have a 31,200 bps hookup to Mindspring, but I get a
latency of .25 and above. Is there a trick or way to get this turned down?
Thanks!

Try it with a P3-600E and DSL connection. Then make sure
you are the host and you will be jamming. At least that was
my remedy :-)
