Well, that converted Road Atlanta track for F1 2000 is terrific. However, I
got frustrated that there were no graphics when you selected the track in
the game's menu or when it was loading, so I created the three bitmaps
required. They follow the same style as the standard ones that come with the
game.
I've sent them off the The Sim Project at
"http://www.simracing.com/downloads/f12000/addons.shtml" so they should
appear there in a little while. This is my first time trying to upload
something to a site, but hopefully everything will go OK. BTW, I tried to
post the zip file to "alt.binaries.simulators.autos" but it didn't seem to
go through. The message shows up in my Outlook Express "Sent Items" folder,
but I can't see it in the newsgroup itself. Maybe it was too big? (751KB
attachment) Oh well.
And if the kind soul who converted the track wants to include the bitmaps in
an updated "RoadAtlanta.zip", please feel free to do so.
