GP3 Release

25 posts by 17 people · 30 May 2000 19:58 UTC - 02 Jun 2000 10:03 UTC

When will Grand Prix 3 be released?

Sam Daniels cautioned against counting on a 28 July GP3 release, while Simon Brown said that was the official date. Others cited dates ranging from late July to early September and an August US listing at EB World, and the thread descended into farm-animal jokes and teasing of Andre Warringa about the GPaL utility.

Hi all, Arn't we all getting a little excited too soon. We havn't had an official date for the release of GP3 at this time. I, like the rest of us do hope that it will be the 28th July, but we must not count our chickens until they are hatched!!!!! Ben http://www.durley.demon.co.uk/gplgp3
Simon Brown 30 May 2000 23:59 UTC#266519
That is the official date and has been for quite a while now. Further delays are always possible, but this date hasn't changed for quite a while now. GP3 could be here in 8 weeks!

Your words of wisdom will tend to fall upon stony ground, Sam. One of the prerequisites for RAS is that one must become overly-excited about the merest HINT of a PROSPECT of a simulation being simply CONSIDERED for development! -- Regards, Bruce Kennewell, Canberra, Australia. --------------------------- Sam Daniels <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:8h16h3$fqs$[email hidden]... > Hi all, > > Arn't we all getting a little excited too soon.
